Chapter 36 Deeds for the Night of the Fitr Festival

The deeds related to this night include the following:

Making major ritual ablutions is recommended and it includes both washing the body with water and purifying the heart from sins. It has been narrated that if you know it is the night of the Festival, then you should make major ritual ablutions at the end of the night of the Festival.

You should recognize the value of the Almighty God‟s Favor in familiarizing you with His Bestowal, taking you under His Shade in the fasting month, letting you grab onto His Rope, giving you success in turning to God and teaching you proper etiquette in front of God so that when you are in His Presence, you engage in thanking, praising and eluding Him instead of asking for the fulfillment of your needs.
